In May, the old alumina system comprehensively improved the production and operation efficiency and system cycle efficiency, carefully organized the slurry deployment, and realized the continuous optimization of indicators. The Bayer method system has stable and high yield, and the circulation efficiency of semen caustic and evaporation concentration has been further improved. The overall arrangement of the sintering method rapid separation horizontal belt filter start-up ensures stable start-up. The Bayer method and sintering system are surveyed twice a week to achieve early judgment and control of indicators and prevent system fluctuations. At the same time, in view of the start-up plan of five kilns and eight mills, corresponding measures have been formulated, and relevant personnel of production, technology and equipment systems have been arranged to follow the operation, coordinate and solve the problems in the process of organizing high yield, so that the abnormal indicators can be adjusted at any time, equipment failures can be dealt with at any time, and output fluctuations can be made up in time to ensure high yield. Pay attention to the adjustment of the key indicators of slurry configuration, and further improve the qualified rate of sintering slurry configuration, which creates conditions for the increase of dissolution mill discharge. The average daily dissolution mill discharge volume has steadily increased from 180 tons per hour to 206 tons, and the output of 17 single-day mills exceeds 200 tons per hour.
The new alumina and aluminum system improves the homogenization effect of ore entering the plant and ensures the stability of the monthly feed volume. In May, under the condition that the three series of high-pressure dissolution were overhauled separately, the average monthly feed volume of high-pressure dissolution of the second alumina aluminum plant reached 1,482 cubic meters per hour, setting a record high since the potential transformation project was put into operation. Focusing on the optimization of indicators and the improvement of production capacity, the evaporation and solidification processes are transformed, the temperature of the evaporated stock solution is increased, the floats of the evaporated stock solution are reduced, and the concentration of ore and caustic soda is increased. The key indicators are linked to the relevant workshop leaders, and the working concept of all employees grasping the indicators is formed. At the same time, the waste heat recovery is used to further reduce the consumption of alkali and steam, and the alkali consumption and steam consumption have reached the lowest level in history, providing a guarantee for stable and high yield.
The thermal power plant organizes production in accordance with the principle of "ensuring stable and high production of boilers and economic operation, and adjusting and balancing production through the operation mode of steam turbines", further optimizes steam supply and power generation, reasonably distributes loads, stabilizes and homogenizes the coal quality of the old system, and improves the coal quality of the new system. By improving quality and load, we can ensure supply, do a good job in the operation and management of all links, and achieve stable boiler load. In May, a total of more than 5,000 kilowatt-hours of power generation and more than 54 tons of steam supply were completed, ensuring the steam supply required for alumina and aluminum production.
